Summit C & D Disposal, Inc. is the first EPA licensed and approved construction and demolition debris disposal site in Summit county.  This facility has been open to the public since 1997.  Construction and demolition debris is the material resulting from the alteration, construction, destruction, rehabilitation or repair of any manmade physical structure (building and infrastructure).  Examples of the types of DEBRIS ACCEPTED by our landfill include: 

Brick, block, wood, concrete, rebar, metal and vinly siding, steel products, miscellaneous piping, plaster, drywall, asphalt, roofing, shingles, etc.

We also accept yard debris (e.g., tree stumps, tree trunks and branches).   Tires are accepted at a charge of $10.00 each for semi tires and $5.00 each for all others.

We do NOT accept the following items:  hazardous waste, solid waste (garbage), asbestos, couches, mattresses, rolls of carpet, paint containers, areosol cans, barrells and batteries.  (This is a partial list of examples of non-accepted waste).
